Creamy Chocolate Malted Mousse

- 1 (13 oz.) bag of semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 ½ C. heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/3 C. chocolate malted milk powder
- 2 C. malted milk balls, divided
- Chocolate syrup, to top
- Whipped cream, to top
Place chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 35 seconds. Stir until melted completely. Whisk in egg yolks and allow to cool. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream on medium speed. Add sugar, malted milk powder and ½ of the malted milk balls crushed up finely. Whisk until well combined.
Fold in whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Place in a serving dish and top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and remaining malted milk balls. Serve chilled.
