  • Cake:
  • 1 chocolate cake mix and the ingredients on the box
  • Peanut Butter Frosting:
  • ½ C. butter, softened
  • ½ C. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • Extra:
  • Holiday sprinkles
  • White chocolate

For the cake, bake as instructed on the package. Meanwhile, make the frosting. In an electric mixer add the frosting ingredients and let it become smooth. Remove the cake and let it cool. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shred the cake with a fork so it becomes crumbly. Add ¾ of the frosting mixture. Make balls out of this mixture. Place them on the lined baking sheet. Refrigerate them for 30 minutes. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Remove the balls from the refrigerator. Drizzle the white chocolate on top of each ball. Sprinkle the holiday sprinkles. Serve and enjoy.
