  • 10 large white potatoes, diced and peeled
  • ⅔ C. milk
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onion, chopped for garnish

Boil the potatoes until they’re tender. Drain them and combine them with the other ingredients. Mash everything together. You may need to add more milk depending on how smooth you want it. Garnish the potatoes with green onions.
