Delicious dip for seafood - makes a perfect appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. catsup
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serve with shrimp, crabmeat, or lobster.

Yield: 6 servings
