  • 2 lbs. crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. basil, minced
  • 2 tbsp. cayenne power

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Dump crab meat on an oiled baking dish
Sprinkle crab with basil and cayenne
Combine Greek yogurt and skim milk in a large bowl. Whisk until creamy
Pour yogurt mixture over crab
Sprinkle cheese over the top
Bake for about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown
