  • 6 egg yolks
  • 6 T. brown sugar, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 C.heavy cream
  • 2 T. white sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Then pour the mixture into a saucepan for about 3 minutes. Stir heavy cream into the egg yolk mixture and pour it evenly in the six lightly greased ramekins Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. In a small bowl combine the white sugar and brown sugar and glaze over custard.
