  • 1/4 C. water
  • 1/2 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. fettuccini
  • 1 T. freshly chopped parsley

Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick spray. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning with water and stir to combine. Pour mixture into your crockpot and sprinkle with minced garlic. Add cream cheese and soup. Cook on low for one hour, stirring every so often. Once cream cheese melts, stir in Parmesan. Continue cooking on low for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. When sauce is almost done, cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with parsley.
