  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T. flour
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ C. sherry
  • 4 C. chicken broth
  • 2 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 C. lobster

In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour and parsley until well combined and bubbly. Transfer into your crockpot and pour in chicken broth and sherry. Season with salt, pepper, celery salt, ginger, paprika, nutmeg, red pepper flakes, and cinnamon. Cook on high for 3 hours, add in lobster and cream, and cook for an additional hour until lobster meat is tender.
