These mashed potatoes are super creamy and fluffy. They are loaded with sour cream, cream cheese, and butter and easy to make since they're made in a crockpot! Top with gravy and cheese for a potato experience you'll never forget!

  • 5 lb. red potatoes, chunked
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C.butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add in the potatoes, garlic, and bouillon. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, but reserve the water. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash the potatoes. Add the reserved water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.

Put the potato mixture into a crockpot, cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low. Before serving, stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper.
