Creamy Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

- 5 lb. red potatoes, chunked
- 1 Tbs. garlic, minced
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C.butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add in the potatoes, garlic, and bouillon. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. Drain, but reserve the water. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mash the potatoes. Add the reserved water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
Put the potato mixture into a crockpot, cover and cook for 2 to 3 hours on low. Before serving, stir in the butter and season with salt and pepper.
