  • 2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered or sliced
  • 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 1 envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
  • fresh dill, for garnish
