Creamy Crockpot Spinach

Ingredients
- 26 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- one 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
- one 10-oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- one 8-oz. pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Make sure spinach is thoroughly drained. In a large bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, chicken soup, egg, and dash pepper. Spoon into slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Before serving, stir in cheddar cheese.
