Ingredients

  • 1 bag of fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 package of cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 C. white onion, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Turn the crockpot to a low setting. Simply add in all of the ingredients into the crockpot, excluding the salt and pepper. Let it cook for 2 hours. Halfway through mix it up and add in desired amount of salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a bowl and serve with crackers.
