  • 6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ C. chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box pasta, cooked and drained

In your crockpot, add chicken, sprinkle with Italian dressing mix, and top with melted butter. Cook on high for 3 hours. In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and cream cheese. Heat briefly and pour mixture over chicken. Continue cooking on low for an additional hour. Spoon mixture over pasta and serve.
