Use freshly-picked zucchini to make this amazing dish!

  • 1 sm. onion, very finely chopped
  • 4 C. unpeeled zucchini, grated
  • 2 (14-oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream

In a small slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, combine all ingredients except sour cream.  Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.  Fold in sour cream and continue cooking for about 10 minutes or just until soup is hot.
