Try this dressing over a tossed salad topped with steamed shrimp or poached salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 C. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 C. cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add the egg to a food processor. Blend for one minute. Slowly add the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate.

Yield: about 2 cups
