Creamy Egg, Ham and Mozzarella Cheese Breakfast Bread Bowl
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 medium bread rolls
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- ½ C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbs. fresh rosemary, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off tops of bread rolls and scoop our bread center leaving about ½ inch all around. Line the bread bowl with ham. Crack egg in over ham. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top until it is covering the top. Sprinkle rosemary on top. Place the top on each roll and wrap in foil. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes depending on desired firmness of yolk. Remove from oven. Store in freezer in foil and plastic bag.
To reheat, microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or reheat in oven at 275 for 12-15 minutes.
