  • 1 box macaroni and cheese, Garlic and Herb Alfredo variety
  • 1 C. chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1 1/2 C. peas
  • 1 (6-7 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and diced
  • 1/4 C. tomatoes, diced
  • 1 C. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbs. butter

Make the macaroni and cheese according to the package directions. Add the chicken, peas, artichoke hearts, and diced tomatoes. Stir over low heat until everything is mixed and heated all the way through. Put mixture into a baking dish. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, shredded cheese, and butter. Mix throughly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the pasta and broil the pasta until the crumbs are toasted and golden.
