Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- 2 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
- 5 oz. butter, room temperature
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 oz. Romano cheese, grated
- 4 Tbs. garlic, chopped
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add quartered potatoes and cook for approximately 15 minutes, until tender but still firm. Add cheese, butter, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper while the potatoes are still hot and beat with an electric mixer or mash with a hand mixer.
