  • 1 5-lb. bag Yukon gold potatoes
  • 3/4 C. butter
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 C. fresh dill, chopped

Peel the potatoes (or leave the skin on for a rustic look) and cut them into 1 inch cubes. Boil them in hot water for about 20 minutes or until fork tender. Drain.

Once the potatoes have been drained and cooled for two minutes, place them into a large bowl. Mash with the remaining ingredients.
