  • 1 lb. uncooked pasta shells
  • 4 C. whole milk
  • 8 T. butter
  • ½ C. flour
  • ¼ tsp. dried mustard
  • 3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. shredded Parmesan cheese

In a large pot filled with water and a dash of salt add in your pasta. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Drain it and set it aside. In a saucepan, over medium heat warm up the milk until it simmers. In a separate pot, melt the butter; add in the flour and dried mustard. Slowly add in the milk while you continue to whisk the mixture. Whisk until it becomes thick. Add in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Add in the pasta. Mix until the pasta is coated and warmed up to a desired temperature.
