  • 2 (12 oz.) boxes jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (36 oz.) container ricotta cheese
  • 3 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ C. fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 jars pasta sauce

In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Transfer to a large bowl and combine with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, salt, pepper, and basil. In a greased baking dish, pour in some of your pasta sauce. Stuff cooked shells with mixture, arrange in your baking dish, add extra sauce, cover and freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, let thaw out overnight. Bake covered for 25 minutes and uncovered for 15 at 375 degrees.
