  • ½ stick butter
  • ½ C. milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In your pressure cooker, bring water to a boil and add potatoes; cover, bring pressure to high, reduce to low, and cook for 30 minutes. Quick release pressure, drain, and return potatoes to pressure cooker. Add in butter and milk, cover, and let heat melt everything together. Mash potatoes with salt and pepper and serve.
