  • 1 C. Asadero, shredded
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
  • 1/4 C. half & half
  • 2 Tbs. onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Pour all ingredients in double boiler heat over medium heat. Stir frequently while cooking until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and pour in serving dish.
