  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • ¼ lb. cream cheese, soft
  • 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 small yellow onions, diced
  • ½ C. asiago cheese
  • 2 Tbs. sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. Parmesan, grated
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs (1 beaten with a dash of water)
  • Chives and parsley, to garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut the pastry into four squares and brush them with the egg. In a skillet, saute the onions until they’re tender, translucent, and fragrant. Add in the mushrooms, garlic, and seasonings. Continue to saute until the veggies are all tender. Combine all of the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Spread the mixture onto the puff pastries and fold the edges overbake. The pastry for 15 minutes until they’re fluffy and browned.
