Creamy Mustard Pork Chops

Seasoned, browned pork chops simmered in a creamy mustard-laced sauce - it may sound complicated, but you'll be surprised how quick, easy and delicious it really is.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. butter or margarine
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 Tbs. dijon-style mustard
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Sprinkle chops with lemon pepper seasoning. Heat butter in skillet. Cook chops for 10 minutes or until browned. Add soup, milk and mustard. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until chops are done. Sprinkle with parsley.

  • I made recipe as it was written, using McCormicks California, Style Coarse Grind Blend, Lemon Pepper w/Garlic & Onion, I wisked all the other ingredients together adding about 1/2 Tbsp inexpensive red wine, poured that over the chops covered for about 8-9 mins...THEY WERE WONDERFUL!!!!!! We literally ate what was left of the sauce with a spoon!! Will absolutetly being making again....
