This orange smoothie with heavy cream and vanilla, is very much like an Orange Julieus.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 20 oz. carbonated water
  • 1/3 C. confectioners' sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 15 cubes ice

Directions

In a blender, combine orange juice concentrate, cream, carbonated water, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Yield: 10 servings
