  • 1 box of rigatoni pasta
  • 1/3 bar of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of fat free milk
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni for 8 minutes on a medium flame.
While the pasta is cooking, coat a saucepan in olive oil and combine the pesto, cream cheese, and milk over a low heat. Stir until a well-combined sauce forms, and add salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, drain the rigatoni and toss the pasta in the sauce in a large bowl, or simply pour the sauce on top.
