  • 3 C sugar
  • ¾ c butter, melted
  • ⅔ c evaporated milk
  • ½ c pumpkin puree
  • 2 T corn syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package of white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, pumpkin, corn syrup, and pumpkin pie spice in a pot and bring to a boil. Cook the mixture for about 12 minutes and then remove from heat. Add in white chocolate, marshmallow cream, and vanilla. Pour mixture into a greased pan and let set for two hours. Once fudge has set, cut into squares and serve.
