Easy to make red potatoes in the crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (.4 oz.) package buttermilk ranch dry salad dressing mix
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Place potatoes in crockpot. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture over potatoes; stir. Cover; cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir gently before serving. 6 servings
