  • 8 oz. linguine pasta
  • ½ C. ham, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 C. chicken broth
  • 1 C. milk
  • 2 T. butter, unsalted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded

In your crockpot, combine uncooked pasta, ham, olive oil, garlic, broth, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook on high for 30 minutes. Add in Parmesan cheese and stir well. If sauce is too thick, feel free to add in a little more milk. Heat for an additional 30 minutes, check to make sure pasta is tender, and serve!
