  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ C. milk
  • ½ C. heavy whipping cream
  • ½ C. Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
