  • 2 cans of root beer
  • 1¾ cups of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 teaspoon root beer extract

Pour one can of the root beer and half of the ice cream and 1 teaspoon root beer extract in a blender and blend together. Mix on high for about 1 minute. Pour the mix in half into two separate tall beer mugs or glasses. Scoop the remainder of the ice cream into the cups evenly. Top with the rest of the root beer and serve immediately.
