  • 3 potatoes, baked and cubed
  • 1 lb. hot and spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1⁄2
C. onion, chopped
  • 1⁄4
C. butter
  • 1⁄4
C. all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄4
tsp. thyme
  • 3 C. caned chicken soup
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 C. half-and-half
  • 3⁄4
C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat setting. Add in the onions and let them sauté. Stir in flour and cook it for one minute. Slowly stir in chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Make sure to stir it frequently. Add in the milk, cream, thyme, sausage and potatoes. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 15 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
