  • 24 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cans of crabmeat
  • 1 package of frozen cooked salad shrimp
  • 1 egg, whisked
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • ¼ C. flour
  • ¾ of red onion, chopped
  • ¾ of green peppers, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 ½ C. parmesan cheese
  • ½ C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ C. mayonnaise
  • 4 C. milk
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the pasta shells as instructed on the package. While that is taking place, take a small skillet sauté the green peppers and red onions in the butter. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the crabmeat, salad shrimp, whisked egg, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise and 2 C. of milk. Combine both mixtures. Drain the pasta shells and stuff them with the mixture. Place them into a greased baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the other 2 C. of milk, flour, seafood seasoning, parmesan cheese and pepper. Pour mixture over the stuffed shells. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
