This dish is like your favorite chicken fettuccine meal, except now with shrimp. It's made with tomatoes and broccoli, there is so much flavor in just one plate. Top it off with shredded Parmesan cheese for that creamy taste.

  • 2 lbs. cooked shrimp
  • Italian seasoning, as needed
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 jars of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 bag of broccoli florets
  • 1/2 C cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb. of fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • Parmesan cheese, as needed

Stir fry cooked shrimp with Italian seasoning in olive oil until brown. Transfer to slow cooker.

Pour the jars of Alfredo sauce and add florets and tomatoes on top of shrimp. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Mix cooked pasta with shrimp Alfredo sauce.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of shrimp Alfredo pasta and serve.
