  • 8oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 2 C Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 C Baby Spinach
  • Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Begin this recipe for creamy spinach and bacon dip by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add your diced bacon. Let cook until crispy and browned, about six to eight minutes. When the bacon is finished, transfer it to a paper towel to drain.

Continue by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a small, nine-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Prepare your dip by combining all ingredients except for the bacon in a large bowl. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
