This isn’t your classic pizza, but it’s perfect for the season! The potato puree is spicy and creamy, and the topping is crispy and sweet! The added touch of goat cheese is the perfect pairing with this dish!

  • 1 12 in. pizza dough
  • 2 sweet potatoes, 1 sliced
  • ½ C. goat cheese
  • 2 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Drizzle the sweet potatoes (diced) with olive oil, salt and pepper. Poke several holes in the whole sweet potato and drizzle with olive oil and sea salt. Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes until they’re cooked through. Once they’re done, peel the whole potato and puree it. Mix in the spices and butter until it’s smooth. Bake the pizza dough for ten minutes and take it out. Spread the puree on top and then the sliced potatoes. Bake the pizza again for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the goat cheese on top and serve.
