Creamy Tarragon Dip

The addition of cream cheese, sour cream, garlic and lemon juice with freshly chopped tarragon makes this dip a winner at any party. Just don't forget the crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1/ 4 C. green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve with crackers or toasted bread pieces. Tarragon adds a nice flavor to the traditional cream cheese and sour cream base.
