An Indian classic, the tikka masala is tasty with everything from rice and bread to even pasta! Though it usually takes an overwhelmingly long list of ingredients to make, this recipe makes amazing tikka masala pasta in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of penne, cooked al dente according to box directions
  • 3 cups of marinara sauce
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garam marsala
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • salt and pepper

Directions

Heat butter over medium-high heat, and sauté garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add garam marsala, paprika, and curry powder; stir well. Add marinara sauce and heavy cream and bring to a boil as you stir.
Lower to the heat to medium-low and add the cooked penne and fold into the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve while still warm!
