  • 2 ½ cups of tortellini (any preferred flavor)
  • 1 cup of canned diced tomato
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 cup of heaving whipping cream
  • 8 cups of chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
  • 2 gloves of garlic, sliced
  • ¼ tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to season

In large stock pot, pour 8 cups of chicken stock, 1 cup of diced tomato, and tomato puree i medium heat.
Add in the sliced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, and hot pepper flakes. Stir well and let it boil for 10 minutes.
Add in the heaving whipping cream till it has a thick consistency. Put the tortellini into the soup until they become al dente. Season with salt and pepper.
