  • 1 1/2 C. cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 C. vegetable stock
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp. sage
  • pesto, for garnish

Place all the ingredients except the pesto into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Puree in a blender until smooth. Top with pesto and some sage for garnish.
