  • 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 C. farfalle pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 C. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • 3 T. flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium saucepan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add butter until melted and combine with flour. Pour in milk and stir constantly as mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add in cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until melted and smooth. In a baking dish, combine cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Pour sauce over pasta, top with extra cheese, and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
