  • 2 C. blueberries
  • 2 C. blackberries
  • 1 C. flour
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ C. egg substitute
  • ¾ C. water
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. orange peel, grated

Mix flour, ¾ C. of sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder. Add in the eggs, milk, and oil. Stir ingredients. Spread an even layer of the mixture into the bottom of the crockpot. In a pan mix the blueberries and black berries together with water, orange peel, and ¾ C. sugar. Once its brought to a boil, pour it over the mixture that is already in the crockpot. Let it cook for 2-3 hours. Make sure the batter comes out clean by inserting a toothpick. Enjoy.
