Creepy Cheeseballs
Ingredients
- 6 oz. jar macadamia nuts
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp. each garlic salt and pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
Directions
In a food processor, pulse macadamia nuts until chopped. Remove all but 1/3 C. to plate. To processor, add lemon juice, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pulse until smooth. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour. Shape 2 tsp. cheese mixture into a ball, roll in nuts. Repeat with rest of the cheese mixture. Garnish with a slice of pimiento stuffed green olive. Serve with crackers.
