Creme Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 C. water
- 1/3 C. fat
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions
Bring water and fat to a boil, add flour and salt, stir until mixture leaves sides of pan. Cool. Add eggs one at a time beating after each. Drop by spoonfulls on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then lower temperature to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Make opening in top and fill with favorite filling.
