These homemade crepes are just the thing for breakfast. Especially when served with a side of grapefruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbs Milk
  • 1 tbs Butter
  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Grapefruit, Sliced

Directions

In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, 1 cup yogurt, baking powder, orange juice, maple syrup and milk into a batter.
In a skillet, oil the pan then pour 4 tbs of the batter into the pan.
Make sure to move the pan around so the batter covers the surface of the pan. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute.
Use a spatula to flip over and cook the other side for about 10 seconds.
Once all the crepes are finished, put them on a plate.
Serve with grapefruit slices.
