  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup taco sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • ½ cup corn, frozen
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • Fresh basil to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch pan or 10-inch pie tray; press in bottom and up sides to form the crust.

Next, cook your ground beef, with the taco seasoning and 1 cup water, over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes in a medium skillet. Stir occasionally until thoroughly cooked, then drain. During this time, heat your frozen corn. Once your beef is drained, combine with corn.

After this, stir your pizza sauce, taco sauce, and bell pepper; simmer 5 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture in crust-lined pan; sprinkle with the two kinds of cheese. Top with jalapeno peppers and sliced red onions to taste.

Bake your prepared pizza for 15 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted.
