  • 2 Large Cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 2 Tbs. White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Nonfat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Pour the diced cucumbers into a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, stir together the white wine vinegar and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Stir the vinegar and sugar mixture into the cucumbers. Add the yogurt and dill to the cucumber mixture, and stir to coat. Stir in salt and pepper as needed.
