  • 8 oz. fresh cranberries
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. water
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • ice
  • 4 oz. rum
  • 4 oz. soda water

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring mixture to a simmer and reduce heat. Let cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Place 10 mint leaves in each glass and distribute the lime juice on top. Mash the mint leaves using the back of a wooden spoon. Drop a few ice cubes into each glass and distribute the remaining ingredients evenly. Serve
