  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 bag salad greens
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ C. sweet corn

In a large resealable freezer bag, combine oil, oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. Add chicken and marinate overnight for best flavor.
